  • Where are you located?
    We are a home based kitchen in Karaka, Auckland. We don't have a storefront, all of our cakes are pre-ordered. Pick-up or delivery will be pre arranged.
  • Do you deliver?
    We can arrange delivery Auckland-wide depending on our availability. Delivery fee is calculated $1/km from our kitchen. We recommend to organise delivery for wedding or tiered cakes. Our cookies can be shipped nationwide. We ship cookies Mondays - Wednesdays only to give them the best chance to arrive to you the same week. If your order is placed on Wednesday, it will be dispatched following Monday.
  • How to book & how far in advance to get in touch?
    It is recommended to get in touch as soon as possible. Our ready to order cakes can be ordered at least 3-4 days in advance. If you have something else in mind, get it touch with us through the Enquiry Form. For custom made cakes, we recommend at least 7 business days notice. For wedding cakes, we require at least 2 weeks notice. However, should you have an urgent inquiry, we will do our best to work on your timeframe. Bookings are only confirmed once a deposit has been made.
  • Do you make fondant cakes?
    All of our cakes are made with buttercream. We dont fully cover cakes using fondant. We may use fondant, card stock, acrylic toppers for decorating. However, we can always work with your theme to create something beautiful using our buttercream!
  • Do you make cakes with allergen requirements?
    All our cakes are made in a tree nut, dairy, gluten and soy facility. Unfortunately, we don’t cater to any allergy requests since cross contamination is highly possible.
  • How should I transport my cake?
    Your cake should travel on a flat surface, either in the passenger side footwell or boot. The car should be clear to ensure nothing will fall onto or damage your cake. Your air conditioning should be on throughout your journey. When collecting your cake, we can assist you to place your cake into your car.
  • How should I store my cake?
    All of our cakes are buttercream therefore must be stored in a fridge. Take cake out 1-2hours before serving to allow the cake to come to room temperature to enjoy it at its best! Our cakes are made fresh and best eaten fresh! The possibility of left overs is low, should you need to store the cake, store cake in an airtight container in the fridge to avoid drying out.
  • Do you offer cake tastings?
    We offer our cake tasting boxes 2-3 times a year with eight of our best selling flavours. Keep an eye our socials for the next one!
  • Can I make changes to my order?
    Changes are possible with at least 7 days notice prior. Simply reply to the confirmation email we sent to you. We will do our best to make it possible. All updated orders will be confirmed via email. *Please note changes to customised toppers are not possible.
  • Can I cancel or reschedule my cake?
    Rescheduling is possible if you notify us at least 10 working days in advance. Should you unfortunately have to cancel, it may be possible to transfer your deposit to another date, subject to availability. Unfortunately, as our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns on our cakes and treats.
